Hey team. This is our returns policy. We want you to be happy with your Haych kit, but if something's not right, here’s how we can help.

BLACK FRIDAY RETURN POLICY:

All black friday sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items that have more then 50% discount. If you’d like to exchange sizes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however this depends on available stock and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I Return My Item? 

Absolutely. If something is not quite right- Maybe you got the wrong item, the size isn't quite right, or perhaps you just changed your mind - No dramas. You've got a 14-day window from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to make a return.

How to Return 

Email info@haychthelabel.com to initiate a return.

Please make sure you provide your order number and the reason for your return. 

We will then provide a return label via email with the sender details and return address.

Possible outcomes 

If you are after a return, here is what we can do.

1. Refund: We'll return the full amount you paid, minus a $10 handling fee, back to your account. This will happen once your returned item is back at our warehouse.

2. Exchange: If the size isn't right, we can switch it out for the same item in a different size - as long as we have it in stock. If we don't, you'll need to select another option. We'll cover the return shipping costs and start processing your new order as soon as we have your return on its way back to us.

3. Store Credit: Prefer to choose something else later? We'll give you a discount code equal to the value of your returned item. You can use this for any future purchase. Plus, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Just So You Know 

The 14-day return window is pretty firm, and late requests won't be accepted.

Please allow a couple of weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your statement.
