Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $9.00 (Estimated delivery 3-7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $13.00 (Estimated delivery 1-3 business days)

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within Australia.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please use this tracking number to follow your shipment's journey.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@haychthelabel.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
